92pkry Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "92pkry" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the gaming and betting platform operated at 92pkry.net and its associated mobile applications.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92pkry platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique player account created upon successful registration and identity verification on 92pkry.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds credited to your Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means collectively all sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, instant games, deposit and withdrawal facilities, and customer support provided through 92pkry.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card as issued by NADRA, Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by 92pkry in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

By accessing 92pkry, creating an Account, or using any part of our Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplemental rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using 92pkry and not create or access an Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 16.

To register and maintain an Account on 92pkry, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 92pkry strictly prohibits use of its Services by persons under 21. Age is verified via CNIC at the point of registration and at each withdrawal request.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party).
3. You must be the sole and beneficial owner of the payment methods used to deposit funds into your Account.
4. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal or restricted without a licence under applicable law.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 92pkry, its affiliates, suppliers, or software partners.
6. You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 92pkry or any other gaming platform that carries reciprocal exclusion obligations.
7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

92pkry reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within seven (7) business days of a request will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on 92pkry. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a false identity, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• Valid Pakistani CNIC number
• Date of birth
• Active Pakistani mobile number (in +92 format)
• City of residence
• A valid email address (if applicable)

You are obligated to keep your registration information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your mobile number, email address, or residential address must be reported to 92pkry by updating your Account settings or contacting support. 92pkry will not be responsible for any losses attributable to outdated contact information on your Account.

92pkry conducts KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC, a selfie for facial verification, and proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended until verification is completed.

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 92pkry login credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any biometric authentication linked to your Account. Specifically:

• You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow another person to access 92pkry using your Account, including family members.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. While 2FA is optional, it is strongly recommended.
• You must log out from shared or public devices immediately after each session.
• You must notify 92pkry support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

92pkry will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from unauthorised Account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. Any bets, withdrawals, or transactions completed prior to notification of an unauthorised access claim are considered valid and binding.

92pkry accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether). Additional methods may be introduced from time to time at 92pkry's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, however transactions above certain thresholds may trigger additional verification under our Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified CNIC. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. 92pkry reserves the right to withhold funds deposited from third-party sources pending investigation and to return such funds to their source.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of thirty (30) minutes subject to payment network availability. 92pkry does not charge deposit fees, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 92pkry may require completion of KYC verification. Players who have not previously submitted identity documents will be required to do so before any withdrawal is released, regardless of the amount. This is a compliance requirement and applies to all players without exception.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed where:

• Your Account is under investigation for any reason;
• The applicable KYC documents have not been submitted or verified;
• Bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance have not been met;
• A chargeback dispute is open on your Account;
• Your Account has been flagged by our fraud or anti-money laundering systems.

92pkry does not impose withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider may charge transaction or processing fees. 92pkry is not responsible for any such third-party charges.

92pkry offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and free spins. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
2. One bonus per player per promotion. Claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts is bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
3. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable until wagering requirements are met, and carry no cash value prior to that point.
4. 92pkry reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an Account prior to withdrawal of an offer will continue to be governed by the terms in place at the time of crediting.
5. If a withdrawal request is submitted while bonus funds are still pending wagering, 92pkry may cancel the bonus and process the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance only.
6. Bonuses offered by 92pkry are intended for recreational players. 92pkry reserves the right to restrict a player's access to promotional offers at any time without providing a reason.

All sports betting activity on 92pkry is subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. In addition to those rules, the following general conditions apply to all bets placed through 92pkry:

• A bet is confirmed and binding only upon issuance of a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed in this manner are null and void.
• 92pkry reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's Account.
• All live in-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance due to network latency. 92pkry is not responsible for results that occur during the submission-to-confirmation window on in-play markets.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per market. Limits are published on the relevant betting markets and are updated periodically without prior notice.
• Bets placed on PSL, international cricket, UFC, football, and other sporting events are subject to the relevant governing body's official results. 92pkry follows official results as announced by the sport's governing body for settlement purposes.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, and automated betting via scripts or bots — will result in bet voiding and Account suspension.

All casino games, slot games, crash games, and instant games available on 92pkry are powered by certified game providers. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a live casino session or slot game:

• If the game round had not reached a conclusive outcome at the point of interruption, the round is declared void and the stake is returned.
• If the game round had reached a conclusive outcome that was verifiably recorded in 92pkry's system logs before the interruption, that outcome stands.
• 92pkry is not liable for any losses arising from disconnections attributable to the player's internet connection, device failure, or third-party network issues.

92pkry reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus spins on a removed game will be credited with an equivalent substitution at 92pkry's discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 92pkry. Violation of any prohibition constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information at any stage;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 92pkry in any manner;
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Coordinated betting with other players for the purpose of guaranteeing wins or circumventing risk (collusion);
• Chargebacks or fraudulent dispute filings against legitimate 92pkry transactions;
• Attempting to access or interfere with 92pkry's infrastructure, databases, or source code;
• Using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your geographic location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Allowing access to your Account by any third party, including sharing login credentials.

92pkry is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Players are encouraged to make use of the following responsible gaming tools available from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits may be set and take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits and reminders — set maximum session lengths or receive periodic reminders of time spent on the platform.
• Loss limits — cap the total amount you may lose in a given period.
• Cooling-off periods — take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your Account remains intact but you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from 92pkry for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the exclusion period. After the minimum period you may apply for reinstatement, which is subject to a mandatory review process.

92pkry staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players exhibiting concerning patterns. We cooperate with responsible gaming organisations and may refer players to professional support resources upon request.

All content, software, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, user interface design, game assets, and data compiled or published on 92pkry are the exclusive intellectual property of 92pkry or its licensed providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92pkry platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any 92pkry content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 92pkry content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 92pkry software;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or labels on any 92pkry content.

Any unauthorised use of 92pkry's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. 92pkry actively monitors for and enforces against intellectual property violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkry, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of 92pkry, regardless of the basis of the claim.

92pkry's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or a sum equivalent to the value of the disputed transaction — whichever is lower.

92pkry does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that all information on the platform is error-free, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful code. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of Services.

92pkry processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. Your personal data, including CNIC information, contact details, transaction records, and gaming history, is collected, stored, and used as described in the Privacy Policy.

92pkry may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in response to legally mandated requests. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable law. You consent to such disclosure as a condition of using the platform.

You may review, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting 92pkry support. Requests for data deletion may be subject to retention obligations under applicable law and may result in Account closure if the retained data is necessary for account maintenance.

92pkry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or eligibility requirements — 92pkry will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by way of a notice on the platform or an SMS or email to your registered contact details.

For non-material amendments such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information, 92pkry may update the Terms without advance notice. The version date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of 92pkry following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 92pkry support. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any verified Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

92pkry may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Multiple Account operation;
• False or unverifiable identity information;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Repeated chargebacks or disputed payment transactions.

Upon termination for cause, 92pkry reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, verified funds will be returned. Where wrongdoing is established, 92pkry may forfeit all or part of the Balance in accordance with applicable law and internal policy.

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 92pkry is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 92pkry customer support via live chat with full details of your complaint. 92pkry will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may require up to fourteen (14) business days for full investigation.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through 92pkry's internal dispute resolution process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through non-binding mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The mediator shall be agreed upon jointly or, failing agreement, appointed by a mutually acceptable arbitration body.

Nothing in this section limits 92pkry's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or comply with regulatory obligations.
